Parvin-Clauss Sign Company, a fast-growing, family-owned business, is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Purchasing Agent to support our sign manufacturing operations. If you have strong negotiation skills, vendor management experience, and a background in purchasing for manufacturing, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

✅Source, negotiate, and procure raw and finished materials.
✅ Collaborate with vendors, installation teams, production staff, and the estimating department.
✅ Analyze pricing, process and manage purchase orders (POs), and monitor shipment status.
✅ Ensure accurate inventory control and resolve discrepancies.
✅ Review drawings, sketches, and estimates to ensure accuracy before ordering finished materials.
✅ Build and maintain strong, long-term vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• What We’re Looking For:
• ✔ 2+ years of purchasing/manufacturing experience (sign industry a plus!).
• ✔ Understanding of manufacturing operations, procurement, and inventory control.
• ✔ Ability to read schematics, drawings, and job estimates.
• ✔ Strong math, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word (ERP experience preferred).
• ✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• ✔ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• ✔ Willingness to work overtime at month-end or as needed.

Experience Requirements

• Physical & Safety Requirements:
• 🔹 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move between buildings.
• 🔹 Adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
