We recently completed our first project with Parvin-Clauss and we really appreciated how they kept at it until we found the right approach for our needs. During installation, we noticed that it had not been fabricated exactly as we anticipated but the team immediately addressed it and reinstalled it. We also made a modification to our spec and they rolled with that change very effectively as well. We are really happy with our end result and thank Parvin-Clauss for putting customer satisfaction at the forefront, pressing forward until we were completely satisfied.
