We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Estimator to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview:

The Estimator plays a crucial role in the success of our projects by providing accurate cost estimates for signage production and installation. This individual will collaborate closely with the Sales, Finance, Installation and Production teams to ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and the ability to visualize and interpret custom signage designs.

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
• • Analyze project requirements, blueprints, and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates.
• • Assess material, labor, and production costs for signage manufacturing and installation.
• • Work closely with the Sales team to provide pricing for proposals and bids.
• • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors.
• • Manage and evaluate vendor bids to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
• • Utilize bid data to prepare comprehensive cost analysis reports.
• • Present cost estimates to management and key stakeholders.
• • Track actual project costs to improve future estimating accuracy.

Education Requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences, Accounting, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Experience Requirements

• • Manufacturing/ERP knowledge of work centers and the bill of material process will be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• • Proven experience in signage estimating, construction estimating, or a related field is required.
• • Strong cost management and analytical skills to ensure competitive pricing.
• • Ability to interpret technical drawings and visualize fabrication methods for custom signage solutions.
• • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• • Strong communication and teamwork abilities with a professional and customer-focused attitude.
• • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• • Proficiency in manufacturing ERP systems (preferred).
